Grisly murders have terrorized the city’s notorious thieves’ quarter – but the inflicted wounds could not have been committed by any humanoid assailant. The authorities want the PCs to investigate before the trouble spreads to more respectable city districts.
A classic Pathfinder 2e compatible tale of urban horror in the Victorian Gothic tradition for four 3rd-4th level characters who will progress one level by the end of the adventure.
This module is written with flavour text in gothic horror style appropriate for a Halloween themed adventure and features 53 unique actors and items, including an intelligent “heckling” sword, and 9 scenes with locations where players can trade with several speciality merchants in the city. GM-friendly additions facilitate running the adventure, such as macros that activate traps, transform the appearance of creatures and reveal hidden assailants with a simple click and automated difficult terrain regions that utilise the new PF2e system icons for number of stride actions taken in a combat turn.
