Stop the creeping ice that threatens to consume your town!
Breath of the Jotunlord is an adventure designed for four level-seven adventurers in the Pathfinder Second Edition game system, taking eight to twelve hours of game play, and awarding most of one level’s worth of experience. It includes a custom dungeon location suitable to drop into most mountainous regions of a campaign world, numerous custom monsters, and useful NPCs to spark further adventures. While the adventure is designed for level sevens, it makes no use of elite or weak templates so adjusting up or down one level is easily supported.
An undead ritualist is conducting a ritual on an imprisoned, cursed dragon; channelling necrotic energies into the dragon's breath and magnifiying it across the land, causing a localized ice age. The adventure as a whole uses these cold and necrotic energies as a generous, but ever present ticking clock over the heroes exploits. Within the cave system your players will find enemies and possible friends, as well as locations you can seed information, particularly of the historical or magical variety to link back to your own campaign.

- Designed for four, seventh-level PCs. However no elite/weak templates are used so scaling up or down one level is easy.
- Awards roughly 2/3rd a level of experience, not including the random encounter tables for the journey to add the missing XP for a full level, or allowing you to fit campaign appropriate hooks around the adventure.
Contents:
- Styled adventure journals, including quick reference sheets for common environmental conditionals and room reminders
- Two full-color maps, with lighting, walls, and pre-placed tokens for actors, hazards and loot actors. The bare maps are also included in a compendium if you wish to use separately from the adventure.
- Nine new creatures (11 pieces of custom artwork, including one variant form of a new creature and one custom NPC based on a stock creature). Actors are also provided inside a stand-alone compendium for easy use without the adventure if desired.
- Two custom hazards
- Loot actors for all the encountered treasure.
- Three rollable random encounter tables, for use in bringing the journey to the cave system to life, and filling in extra XP if you wish to get a full level of experience from the adventure.
