Delta Green Custom UI
A retro CRT-style command console for running Delta Green in Foundry VTT v13 (system: Delta Green 1.6.1). Centralizes character management, SAN checks, records, and scene control into a single immersive interface for both Handler and Agents.

Key Features
System Hub
Quick access to character sheets, recent records, and journals, with one-click CRT theme cycling across 5 presets.
Access Panel
Live list of connected players so you can see who’s online and which agent they’re controlling at a glance.
Mail Tab
In-UI chat wired straight into Foundry’s chat log, with optional dice tray integration (if you use the dice tray module), so players can talk and roll without ever leaving the CRT.
Psych-Eval Screen
Dedicated psychological overview with:
- Psych notes written to feel real and serve as RP prompts.
- Buttons for Run Sanity Check, Project onto Bond, and Repress Insanity (RAW), fully automated.
- Auto-tracking of Breaking Point changes and Violence/Helplessness adaptations.
Skills View
Click-to-roll skills and stats, HP/WP controls, optional hidden SAN display (style choice), and equipped weapons as roll buttons, including an automated lethality macro with Unnatural prompts.
Inventory & Price Catalog
Manage weapons, gear, and services with:
- Quick-open item sheets for details.
- Simple equip/delete controls.
- A price catalog–style layout to support in-world shopping and requisitions.
Bank Screen (Optional)
In-universe ledger where the Handler can credit or debit agents with labeled transactions (tied to PC records) to track expenses, bribes, “overtime,” and black budget payouts.
The BANK tab is fully optional: the Handler can disable it in the module settings so it disappears for everyone if you don’t use in-game accounting.
Combat Tracker
Manual combat board tailored to Delta Green:
- Track armor, cover, injuries, and ad-hoc status effects.
- Keep quick notes for each combatant without cluttering the main scene.
Time Tab (Optional)
Shared in-world operation clock the Handler can:
- Start, pause, and adjust on the fly.
- Label with a mission code or phase (e.g. “OPERATION STILL WATERS – DAY 2”).
- Annotate with a short note field.
The Time Tab also:
- Drives the optional top-right HUD clock so every player sees the same “mission time.”
- Includes a simple operation log so you can timestamp key events as they happen.
The TIME tab is also optional: if you don’t want a shared mission clock, you can turn this tab off in the module settings and it will vanish from the menu.
Handler Tab (GM-Only)
Oversight dashboard just for the Handler, listing all connected players and their assigned agents with:
- Core stats: STR, CON, DEX, INT, POW, CHA.
- Live tracks: HP, WP, SAN, and Breaking Point.
Designed so the GM can:
- Spot who’s about to drop without opening multiple character sheets.
- Monitor SAN erosion across the team at a glance.
- Make quick between-round adjustments (injuries, stat damage, etc.) while staying inside the CRT UI.
Record & Journal Views
Encourage in-character note-keeping with:
- PC Records for NPCs, vehicles, locations, and Unnatural entities.
- A consolidated journal browser that only shows entries the player is allowed to see.
Satellite Tab
Player-facing scene selector:
- Lists only scenes they have permission to observe.
- Lets them switch “feeds” with a simple click, matching the current tabletop framing (“camera on the island,” “camera on the motel,” etc.).
Web Tab (Optional)
Embed an HTTPS website directly in the UI (configured in module settings):
- Great for Miro boards, handout dashboards, briefing PDFs, or mood boards.
- Opens as an in-CRT overlay so players never have to alt-tab.
Custom UI Settings
Per-client and per-world options to tune the experience:
- Toggle the bottom skill hotbar, mini roll feed, and token D-pad.
- Control scanline intensity and CRT color themes.
- Select from bundled CRT fonts and any Foundry-registered fonts to match your table’s aesthetic.
- Banking and Time tabs can be globally disabled if you don’t use those features in your game.

Troubleshooting
- If a player’s skills don’t populate on launch, have them click their own token so the UI can correctly bind to their assigned actor.
Built to keep your players locked into the fiction while you keep control behind the screen.
