Transformation Cleanup (for D&D Fifth Edition)
A module for D&D 5e on Foundry VTT that automatically cleans up leftover actors after a player reverts a transformation.

Technical Details
The module hooks into the D&D 5e system’s updateActor hook (this is not documented in the system wiki, but essentially identical to Foundry’s updateDocument hook, except that the first argument is an Actor5e). If the actor had the dnd5e.isPolymorphed flag removed in the update, it assumes that we are looking at a reverted transformation. In that case the updated actor is deleted.
