Peddler
Where shopping becomes part of the conversation.

Make Shopping Part of the Game
Peddler turns shops into interactive encounters. Players talk to the shopkeeper, browse the shelves, haggle over prices, fill a cart, and complete the trade without ever opening an actor sheet.
Build your own shops with dialogue trees, conditions, effects, custom pricing, haggling, stock, restocking schedules, themes, and more. Or start with one of the included shop archetypes and make it your own.
Ready-Made Shops
Peddler includes ten starting archetypes: blacksmith, apothecary, general store, tavern, magic shop, bookseller, stable, fence, festival stall, and travelling caravan. Each has its own dialogue and mechanics, and all can be edited or replaced.
Shop, Don't Sheet
Players get a dedicated storefront with dialogue, item browsing, search, sorting, carts, buying, selling, and checkout. Shops can support haggling, changing prices, limited stock, and conditions that react to the shopper, the world, or previous trades.
Build Your Own
Shops are driven by dialogue trees stored in journals and edited with Peddler's visual tree editor. Create conversations, control when choices appear, change prices or currency, modify stock, trigger effects, and build whatever kind of merchant fits your game.
Keep the Shop Running
Stock can restock on a schedule, shops can keep a trade history, and players can leave and come back to an unfinished visit. By default, shops serve one customer at a time, with a queue for everyone else, or you can let the whole party shop together.
Themes and Archetypes
Peddler separates how a shop works from how it looks. Choose a layout and theme independently, so the same shop can fit a fantasy market, a strange magical stall, or something much less traditional.
What It Needs
Peddler runs on Foundry VTT v14 and later and requires the free 3DS:ATLAS module.
Dedicated system support is included for D&D 5e, Pathfinder 2e, D&D 4e, Daggerheart, Call of Cthulhu 7e, and Draw Steel. Other systems can use the generic adapter.
Calendaria can add calendar-based restocking and trade records, while Travel Pace can be used to sell travel between destinations.
