The Mobile-Companion - Level Up: Advanced 5th Edition module is designed to enhance your tabletop gaming experience by providing quick access to essential character information and abilities. My vision is to offer a tool that aids in gameplay without overshadowing the in-person experience.
Key Features
- Manage essential character stats such as HP, Hit Dice, Fatigue and Strife levels
- Check your current inventory and see what an item can do and how to use it (what to roll for)
- See all your spells, prepare/unprepare them as needed, see how to use them and what their effects are
- Get an overview of all your character traits like languages, proficiencies, immunities and so on.
- Have a look at you maneuvers and basic actions, see how they work and what you need to roll
- Trade App between GM and players

What It Is Not For
The Mobile-Companion is not intended to serve as a comprehensive character management tool during sessions. For detailed character advancements and new spell acquisitions, please use your PC between games.
Vision and Philosophy
I believe in the power of tabletop role-playing as a shared, interactive experience. The Mobile-Companion is crafted to offer helpful digital support while ensuring players remain engaged with the group. It acts as a supportive tool rather than the primary focus, embracing the spirit of "companion apps": aiding without overshadowing the communal aspect of gaming.
By managing what you need efficiently, this module aims to immerse you in the narrative, not the screen.
Alternative
If you are looking for a more interactive module that does almost everything the system's actor sheet can do, I recommend Sheet-Only.
Setup
- Enable the module
- Go to game settings and add the users who want to use Mobile-Companion. You can enter a number in the field to only activate that user's Mobile-Companion when the screen size is smaller than the entered value (Leave it at 0 to always activate Mobile-Companion for that user).
- Make sure the user is the owner of an actor
Notes
Module is still in early alpha.
This project started under the name "Mobile Companion" which supported three systems: D&D 5e, A5e and Pathfinder 2e. Due to the ever increasing complexity, I decided to split the modules. In the future, every system will have its own module.
