What is the refund policy for purchases of this product?
Abomination Vaults 5E is a digital product which is installed on the computer where you host Foundry Virtual Tabletop. Once the module has been installed it is no longer eligible for refund. If the module has not yet been installed, you are eligible for a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase by contacting us at support@foundryvtt.com. Does this book utilize the 2014 or 2024 rules for 5th Edition?
Abomination Vaults 5E is implemented in Foundry using the 2024 edition of the 5th Edition rules. You can play this adventure using character mechanics from either 2014 or 2024 version as both rulesets are supported by the D&D5E game system.
Why is the 5th Edition version separate from the Pathfinder 2nd Edition module?
As a level 1-11 adventure Abomination Vaults for 5E required us to build hundreds of creatures and items, remake journals with the modified content that takes advantage of unique D&D5E features, update Scenes with new features like animated doors and regions (which are also being added to the PF2E module), and update scripts for improved automation. This amount of work simply would not have been feasible if we bundled it as a free update to the Pathfinder 2nd Edition module.
Does purchasing this content unlock it on D&D Beyond also?
No, the Foundry Virtual Tabletop editions of this premium D&D fifth edition content are not interchangeable with the digital books purchased on D&D Beyond.
I already own this content on D&D Beyond, for another system, or another platform, do I get it for free or at a discount?
Unfortunately that is not something we can offer. Our team incurs the cost of developing and optimizing this content specifically for Foundry Virtual Tabletop, so the Foundry VTT version of a product is not interchangeable with versions purchased elsewhere.
