What's Provided

By purchasing Outclassed: Bard Revisited, you'll receive a PDF copy of the content that you can use digitally or print for referencing at the table. Additionally, you'll receive a premium content module for use here on Foundry VTT. The PDF and module both provide the content itself and a wealth of useful additional materials. • The bard class, reprinted in full, along with its SRD subclass, the college of lore.
• Seven unique subclasses for the bard:
  • Bards belonging to the college of Brass are disciplined & orderly, possessing a deep understanding of military tradition. They learn how to direct, command, & bolster their allies in combat.
  • Bards belonging to the college of the Crank are enterprising & eccentric street performers who master the art of playing the barrel organ & perform alongside an able assistant. They train an animal to aid in their performances & distract their foes—art and statistics are provided for nine actors used to play bards of this subclass.
    
  • Bards belonging to the college of Crystal are unorthodox & mysterious, they learn to play songs using ultrasonic crystals that produce sounds undetectable to most humanoids. Through the use of their crystal, they are able to enhance both their spellcasting & bardic abilities.
    
  • Bards belonging to the college of Hellfire are maligned & mistrusted fiendish tiefling musicians & deal-brokers with a hellish allure. They learn how to prepare binding soul contracts, greater channel the hellfire that burns within them, & even protect their allies from all kinds of flames.
    
  • Bards belonging to the college of the Open Road are worldly & well-traveled travellers that cover vast distances, either patrolling or escorting others through an enormous area they know well or else bravely marching into unknown territory. They master several abilities useful during travel, both to speed up a journey & to assist in establishing camps for rest & respite.
    
  • Bards belonging to the college of Souls are esoteric & bizarre hardcore musicians who typically live a rock-&-roll lifestyle & share a kinship with the undead. They learn to summon spectral instruments, converse & entertain the deceased, briefly depart the mortal coil, & even capture souls to protect them or see to their resurrection.
    
  • Bards belonging to the college of the Sewer are odious & odd vermin masters, able to both conjure vermin from thin air and influence those they encounter in the dark and dank places of the world. They learn to summon & control increasingly dangerous swarms of vermin, & exert influence over any swarms they encounter in their travels—art and statistics are provided for three actors used to play bards of this subclass.
    

• Exquisitely detailed background and lore information about the class, including lavish vignettes depicting archetypal bards, numerous tables and charts, and new spells and feats.
• Tons of bonus materials, including helpful advice, a levelling guide, two new backgrounds—the Barfly and the Standard Bearer—, universal bard traits, a trinket chart, a class kit, a pre-generated character.

   In total the module includes; 13 actors, 130 items, 40 journal entries, and 25 rollable tables; with over three-hundred results. That's a lot of bang for your buck!

Purchasing the Module

Purchasing Outclassed: Bard Revisited is easy, simply follow these steps:

1. Purchasing the Module. First, you will need to purchase Outclassed: Bard Revisited. This purchase includes both your Foundry VTT premium content module and your non-Foundry files.
2. Finding Your Content Key. You will receive a license key to activate your Foundry VTT content in your purchase note when you complete your order for Outclassed: Bard Revisited. This license key is also visible on the Downloads page that you will be taken to on DriveThruRPG immediately after your purchase is processed. If you have any issues finding your key, please get in touch with us at info@deepdark-designs.co.uk and we'll happily introduce you to it and see if you two can't become fast friends.
3. Redeeming Your Key. Log into https://foundryvtt.com/  and enter the license key you received in your purchase note into the Premium Content interface.
4. Activating Your Content. Finally, install your shiny new module via the Module Browser in the Foundry VTT application. Then, simply activate the content in any Game Worlds you wish to by using the Manage Modules tools under Game Settings. The module's initializer will help you setup and import the content from there.
5. DeepDark Demiplane Dependency. In order to work properly, the soulbound requires another free module from DeepDark Designs, the DeepDark Demiplane. When installing or activating Outclassed: Bard Revisited, you'll be prompted to also install and activate the demiplane. You'll be directed on how to do that, so it shouldn't take more than a few moments. The demiplane helps us keep our modules small and efficient.
