Successful purchases should result in a software license key being added to your user profile within the next 5 minutes. If your new license key has not appeared on your user profile after this expected amount of time, please Contact Us with a support request to investigate the status of your purchase.
Refund Policy

If we are unable to resolve your issue, and you are unsatisfied with the Foundry Virtual Tabletop software, you have the ability to request a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase as explained in our Refund Policy. You may request a refund on the Purchased Licenses page of your user profile.
