WFRP4e – Zero Wounds is an automation module for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 4e that enhances how characters and creatures are handled when they reach 0 Wounds.
The module manages Prone, Unconscious, Wake Up, and (from version 1.3.0) Death handling, with a strong focus on configurability, GM control, and clear in-chat feedback.
When a character drops to 0 Wounds, effects can be applied automatically, prompted via chat for confirmation, or disabled entirely.
Remaining at 0 Wounds for a number of rounds equal to Toughness Bonus can lead to Unconsciousness.
Death is handled through Critical Wounds exceeding Toughness Bonus, with optional GM intervention.
