A lightweight Foundry VTT module that replaces the nonexistent default pause transition with smooth, customizable effects. Including transition templates, an optional full-screen overlay, and optional sound effects.

Usage
For the GM
The module works automatically once enabled :
- Pause the game.
- Smooth transition: The pause overlay will appear with your chosen transition effect. If configured, your sound will play when pausing.
- Unpause the game.
- Smooth transition: The pause overlay will disappear with the same smooth transition.
For players
Players don't need to do anything! The transitions will automatically apply when the GM pauses or unpauses the game. All players will see the same smooth transitions.
