NOTE: versions v2.5 or earlier have to be uninstalled first to obtain the latest version.
Implements functionality to complete the following within Foundry VTT:
1) Convert image file to WEBP
2) Convert a folder of image files, ie: batch convert to WEBP
3) Resize an image file
4) Crop an image file
5) Convert and replace background and foreground image files in an existing scene
6) Scale a scene (with all placeables)
7) Generate a scene compendium containing smaller pieces of a larger scene.
