Oliver's Foundry Tweaks

A collection of tweaks that modify or otherwise alter the way Foundry behaves. All of the tweaks are entirely optional and can be enabled/disabled as desired.

The currently included tweaks are:

1. Adding a background to the Chat sidebar
2. Making it so that the user config does open when a player connects without having a character assigned to them
3. Starting Foundry with the right-hand sidebar expanded instead of collapsed
4. Choosing which sidebar tab the right-hand sidebar starts on
5. Repositioning the macro hotbar to be similar to the v11 position (to the right of the player list)
6. Changing the size of the macro buttons in the hotbar
7. Changing the amount of space between each macro button in the hotbar
8. Adding a way to temporarily hide your cursor from players.
9. Automatically show the image links you send in chat as images instead of as links
10. Prevent tokens from saving their movement history
11. Prevent tokens from rotating automatically

Some additional tweaks included that are aimed more at package developers are:

1. The ability to auto-unpause the world when loading in
2. A convenience menu option on DocumentSheetV2s that sets a global _doc variable
