Ninjo's In-Person Tools is a set of utilities for running Foundry at a physical table, where the map is on a TV and the players only need their character sheet, dice and token.
Stop map downloads. Player clients no longer fetch the battlemap. Everything else - tokens, tiles, effects, portraits - still loads, and the canvas stays fully usable: grid, walls, lighting, targeting and measuring all work. Measured on a live server, one "preload scene" click transferred 58.86 MB without the module and 0.00 MB with it. Foundry's own "Disable Game Canvas" does not cover this: it blocks drawing but not the preload broadcast that reaches every client.
Two scene displays. Name a battlemap display that follows scene activation as usual, and a scene display that can be pinned in place. A pinned display stays put when you activate a scene for music or your own view. Battlemaps can name a companion scene the second display switches to.
Scene rotation. Portrait-drawn maps can be turned 90, 180 or 270 degrees so they lie across a 16:9 screen. Stored on the scene, so everyone sees it the same way. The token HUD is turned with it and its labels turned back upright.
Bring players. A picker for moving individual players to a scene, instead of core's all-or-nothing. Players already there and display accounts are left unticked.
Fully localised in German and English. Works standalone; libWrapper is recommended but not required.
Deutsche Beschreibung
