A super-basic system for Neon Lords of the Toxic Wasteland. Basically functionality is still being worked on, but for now you can track attributes, make attack rolls (with To the MAX! and Total Bummer! results), and kick mutant ass. This is completly unofficial, but implemented with permission from Super Savage Systems.
