Mini Scene Navigation is a small module that adds a few scene-navigation conveniences without redesigning the whole sidebar.
What It Does
- Adds a back button to scene navigation so you can return to the last scene you viewed.
- Lets you left-click a scene in the Scene Directory to view it instead of opening the scene sheet.
- Gives scene levels a cleaner control, while keeping Foundry's original level entries so right-click context menus still work.
Show Back Button
Adds a small back button to scene navigation.
When you view another scene, the button points back to the previous one. If there is no previous scene, it is disabled.
Left-Click Scenes To View
Changes the Scene Directory click behaviour.
With this on, left-clicking a scene views it on the canvas. You can still use the scene's context menu for other actions.
Scene Level Control
Controls how scene levels appear in the scene navigation area.
Options:
- Foundry default: Leaves Foundry's level display alone.
- Levels button and list: Adds a small levels button beside the navigation controls. Clicking it opens the original Foundry level list.
The module keeps Foundry's level rows in place, so right-click actions on levels still work.

- Compact scene tiles in the scene panel: Use shorter scene rows in the Scene Directory and Scene Directory popout.
- Enable nav toggle on scene: Add a button to Scene Directory entries so GMs can quickly show or hide scenes in navigation.
