The Alternative NPC Luck rule from Pulp Cthulhu, working like a bank. It's used solely by the Keeper and serves to replace NPCs' Luck values with the bank's value. This bank is funded by the Luck spent by the players' characters, and it is mirrored to every NPC present in the world. It's my first successful programming experiment — the first of many, as I'm just getting into this world and using Foundry as my laboratory.
