Adds the ability to link an item's charges to an actor's resource and thus keep the two always in sync.

(Sheet pictured is the Compact DnDBeyond 5e Character Sheet)

Feature charges are useful to see as resources.

When configured, the item uses overrides the actor's resources.

Items with no charges but that are used as ammunition can also be shown as a resource.
