Your players just asked the innkeeper's name. Press one key.
Every GM has three names they reuse forever, and every table notices by session four. Mine were Aldric, Mira and "the guy with the hat".
- Names by culture — the dwarf town doesn't sound like the elf town.
- One-keystroke NPCs, promoted to full actors without losing the identity you already improvised at the table.
- Magic items — generated with a name, not just a stat block.
- Spellbooks that make sense — contents matched to the creature's CR instead of rolled at random.
- Stat block reskinning with anti-metagaming sanitization.
- Bilingual — generates in English and in Spanish, and knows they don't share phonetics.
