Create custom resoruce trackers from every item and show it on your character sheet.

Instruction
- Install the module using the manifest url:
https://github.com/misthero/dnd5e-item-resources/releases/latest/download/module.json - Go to the "Details" tab of the item. If the item allow limited uses you will se a checkbox to enable the tracker, change it's colors and animations.
