"The Cathedral of the Shifting Sanctum is an ancient, ominous structure known for its strange allure. Long abandoned, the cathedral has become the subject of dark legends and local fears. Stories tell of adventurers entering the cathedral only to vanish without a trace. Recently, nearby villages have reported sightings of spectral lights glowing from its stained-glass windows, casting strange, shifting patterns across the landscape.
In truth, the entire cathedral is a powerful Greater Mimic, ancient and far larger than any of its kin. It lies in wait, disguising itself as a holy structure to lure in those who are unaware of its true nature. Once inside, the mimic's maw shuts tight, trapping its prey within the walls of its living architecture."
