End of Life Announcement
I won't be updating this module to V13. Trying to keep it system-agnostic was a mistake due to how some systems interact with the conditions and opened a giant can of worms that I don't have the time to keep fixing.
For anyone that depended on this module that didn't care about Triggler, the best way to move forward is to create World Scripts to change CONFIG.statusEffects
directly as you see fit, since that will have the lowest chance of breaking and will be simpler to maintain in the long run.
For those that really needed Triggler, it might be easier to just run things manually unless you really want to get into programming.

Condition Lab
This feature allows you to create your own status effects and link them to reference entries (Journal, Item, or compendium) with further info on that status effect.
Triggler
Trigger the addition or removal of Conditions, and/or the execution of Macros based on changes to actor/token properties such as HP
