Better Cams preserves Foundry VTT v14's native webcam appearance while automatically highlighting the person who is speaking. Idle cameras are desaturated and return to colour when speech is detected.
Each player can locally customize idle and active-speaker saturation, the active border colour, and the transition duration under Configure Settings → Better Cams. These preferences are stored per browser and do not alter how other participants see the camera dock.
