AutoToken lets you create creatures at autotoken.app and bring them into Foundry as complete, ready-to-use D&D 5e NPCs. It brings over the full statblock, portrait, circular portrait token, and top-down token poses for idle, casting, combat, and downed.
The poses can change automatically based on combat state. When a creature hits 0 HP, for example, its token can switch to the downed pose without you having to change the image yourself. Pose automation and media hosting are configurable in the module settings.
A few other features:

Roll directly from the sheet. Attacks, saving throws, healing, spells, and legendary actions work from the actor sheet. Spells link to the matching dnd5e compendium entries for either 2014 or 2024 rules.

Use pose automation with your own tokens. You don't have to make a creature in AutoToken to use this. Open any token's settings in Foundry and assign your own token images for idle, casting, combat, and downed. The module can then switch between them automatically based on combat state, just like it does with imported AutoToken creatures.

Update creatures you already have. If you have an existing monster, including one from a compendium you've purchased, you can drop an AutoToken package onto its token and choose what to update. Bring over the portrait, token poses, statblock, or any combination, and leave the rest as it is.

Let players use it too. You control whether players can browse your Vault, import their own creatures, or edit creatures they own, all without sharing your account.
How to use it:

Create a creature at autotoken.app and export it as an AutoToken creature package. Free accounts include 3 new creatures.

In Foundry, open the Actors sidebar and click AutoToken Import, or drag the exported file onto the canvas. You can also link your account and browse your Vault from inside the importer, or drag a creature directly from your Vault on the website into your Foundry world.

The importer checks the package, creates the dnd5e NPC actor, sets up its prototype token with the poses, and copies all the media into your world's data folder, including ability and spell icons.
Works with Foundry VTT 10–14 and dnd5e 2.4–6.
