Actor Token Portraits is a small Foundry VTT module that changes how actor images are shown in the Actors directory.
By default, Foundry uses the actor portrait in the Actors directory. This can be inconvenient when actor portraits are large scene or character illustrations, while the actor's prototype token artwork is a better fit for compact directory entries.
This module replaces the displayed actor portrait in the Actors directory with the actor's token image. If token artwork is not available, the normal actor portrait is used as before.
The module is system-agnostic but has been tested primarily with the DnD5e system.
