This module is system agnostive and like my other modules uses hp data paths (for some systems automatic) to determine when an actor took damage.
How it works: At the end of a turn the creature determines who to pass the turn to, players might give it to an enemy or to their fellow players easily setting up combos. However if a creature deals damage during its turn any creature who took damage might steal the turn at the end instead of it being passed normally. At the end of a round the last creature that acted, decides which other combatant starts the next round.
