RP Queue solves one problem: when everyone in your group is in character at once, it's hard to tell whose turn it is to talk, and easy for the same one or two voices to dominate. It's built with big tables in mind (tested at 7 players).
Every player sees a shared, persistent panel listing the whole party, with each seat marked waiting, hand raised, speaking now, on hold, or done for the round.
Features:
- Raise Hand - flag that you have something to RP without interrupting whoever's currently talking. A raised hand shows a pulsing icon everyone can see, and jumps to the front of the line the next time the GM advances.
- Three turn-order modes - switch anytime from the panel's toolbar: Hybrid (round-robin, but raised hands jump the line), Round-Robin (strict seat order), or Hands Only (only call on people who've raised their hand).
- Hold - for when the current speaker's RP needs to move the story forward, but you want to loop back to everyone else first. Hold them, and they're automatically folded back into the queue once the rest of the party has gone.
- Drag-and-drop reordering - the GM can drag seat rows directly in the tracker to reorder the roster on the fly, no separate dialog needed.
- Manual overrides - jump straight to any seat, skip someone who's stepped away, or recall someone from done/held back into play.
- Optional turn announcements - a whispered chat message (and, per player, a customizable sound) when the queue reaches your seat.
No system dependency - RP Queue doesn't touch actors or combat, so it works alongside any game system.
If a player closes the panel (or just minimizes it), anyone - player or GM - can bring their own copy back by typing `/rpqueue` in chat. It's handled locally and never actually posts a message.
