What It Does
- Theme engine: presets, a color editor, and per-module theming for the whole suite.
- Changelogger: pops up release notes after a 3DS module updates.
- Update notices: drops a chat message when a newer version of a 3DS module is out.
- Troubleshooter: scoped diagnostics you can export for a bug report.
- Logging: one level-controlled logger the modules share.

Find 3DS:ATLAS in Foundry's Module Browser, or paste this manifest URL:
